Our in-house team includes project managers, technology specialists, and standards professionals, all with years of experience navigating the intricacies of the sector.

This in-house team orchestrates the work of our specialist linguist network. Currently, we work with more than 3,000 life sciences linguists, based in 110 countries, each with expertise in specific clinical areas, disciplines, and niches.

Since the founding of Conversis, we have invested heavily in nurturing our global partner network. This now includes over 3,000 linguists worldwide, all native speakers living in-country.

Given the critical nature of our work, we only partner with highly-qualified linguists who can demonstrate deep subject-matter expertise. All applicants must meet strict criteria to be considered, and then go through a rigorous testing and selection procedure. Only those who meet our high quality standard are selected to join our network.

Each linguist has expertise in a specific subject, ensuring a tailored approach to every project. And they stay connected with evolving language trends, terminology, and culture in their country, ensuring translations are not only accurate but also contextually relevant.

Our translation management system lets us pinpoint the ideal linguist for each project, matching on domain knowledge, language pair, and country context.
