Conversis is 20!

Founded in 2003, Conversis has – in 2023 – been operating for 20 years!

A lot has changed in the last two decades! From a small team in an office in Oxford, we have become a large workforce based all over the world. From working with Word and Workbench, we have gone on to develop a vast array of custom technologies to handle the most detailed of processes. In a lot of ways, Conversis is a very different company to the one it started out as 20 years ago.

But there are some things that have remained the same throughout our journey. Like our focus on quality (now formalized by our ISO certifications). And the importance of our relationships with our clients (many of whom have been with us since the start)! Not to mention our firmly held belief that only true specialists can and should handle Life Sciences content. In short, as we have grown, we have retained and reinforced the cornerstones of who we are as a company.

Twenty years of continuous – and continuing – growth is testament to how good we are at what we do, and bears celebration. (And celebrate we will at our company-wide get-together later this year!) But in the meantime, we also wanted to mark this milestone in true Conversis fashion; in a way that honors both continuity and change, while never losing sight of our collective purpose…

And so is with pride that we introduce our logo for 2023/2024.

It serves as a simple, daily reminder of how far we’ve come and how much we’ve learned, and you can expect to see it in our emails and materials for the next year. It may look a little different, but you’ll notice we haven’t changed too much when it comes to the parts that matter – some things are too important to put to one side, even temporarily.
