Lloyds Bank National Business Award, shortlisted
I was really pleased to announce last week that Conversis has been shortlisted for the Customer Focus Award in the 2015 Lloyds Bank National Business Awards. This is a reflection of the efforts of the whole team at Conversis who are universally dedicated to providing the best possible service to our clients. We are very fortunate that we have a stock of long-term, loyal, challenging and professional clients with whom we really enjoy working. We enjoy transparent and positive relationships with them where we combine our expertise and resources in an effort to achieve a continuous improvement in the way we work together.
It is easy to be cynical about awards events and often they are less about the award category and more about the ability to present. But these are particularly close to our heart because they reflect a key element of our values. Our embracing of Feefo (unfiltered, independent customer feedback published direct to our website) says everything about our commitment to service our clients and being transparent about the results.
