Our visit at Blue Bells, Sebastian's Action Trust purpose built home
I am delighted to announce that Conversis will continue to be one of the corporate sponsors for Sebastian’s Action Trust for 2016.
Sebastian's Action Trust seeks to support families of seriously-ill children from diagnosis, through treatment and beyond by listening and responding to their unmet needs. They believe all families of seriously-ill children should be able to have quality time together to relax, recharge and rebuild, never having to face life alone.
They achieve this by providing holidays in their purpose-built holiday home giving seriously ill children and their families the opportunity for a respite break with loved ones, in a safe and stimulating environment. They also offer emotional, social and practical support for children with life-threatening or life-limiting illnesses and their families. Every family’s situation is unique and Sebastian's Action Trust looks to meet their individual needs by giving meaningful assistance at critical times.
Continuity of funding is critical to charities like Sebastian's Action Trust and we are therefore pleased to be able to help with committing to support over a number of years. At Conversis we are all so impressed and humbled by the magnificent work done by Jane Gates and her team.
We are so grateful for the introduction to this charity by Philip and Joanna Chin, Patrons of the Trust, and CEO and former COO at Langland – long term clients and partners of Conversis.
Recently, team members of Conversis spent a morning with some of the Trusts' team members, families and children down at Bluebells, the charity's purpose built home, to hand over this year’s cheque.
