We operate a Quality Management System (QMS) that has been certified by an independent auditor against the ISO certification ISO 9001:2015 and the industry-specific standard ISO 17100:2015.

The aim is to provide consistent and reliable services to our clients by adhering to proven processes and procedures, whilst ensuring continuous improvement through regular audits.

Regular external audits are run to ensure our continuing compliance to the international and European standards.

Our company provides dedicated, personal project management for your projects – you will never feel like one client in a big company system. We understand that the vast majority of our clients are not localisation experts. That’s our job! Our highly-experienced project managers form close relationships with our clients so that we can fully understand your business and your specific needs. In order to produce the best results possible, we always consider the whole communication process in all the languages and cultures involved.
Projects are run using proven methodology and a range of carefully selected tools and resources, and are managed tailored to the specific requirements and internal procedures of each client.

All project information is centralised in our workflow Portico. Parts of the processes can be automated, reducing the time spent on administration tasks, enabling our project managers to concentrate on the real added value tasks.

At every stage, our managers have a complete picture of each project. Clients also have access to the system via a dedicated portal, where they can submit quote requests and access information about their projects, including status information on current and completed jobs, file deliveries and financial overviews, giving them greater control of their localisation budgets.
